Michael Sheen turned awards host by announcing the winner of a literary prize. The actor, 51, took part in a virtual ceremony.
Dylan Thomas: A Centenary Celebration is a unique collection of specially commissioned essays celebrating the poet's life and work one hundred years after his birth in 1914. Edited by his granddaughter, Hannah Ellis, who introduces each section by theme, the book is divided into three parts concerning Thomas's early years, later life and his lasting legacy.

The 2020 Swansea University Dylan Thomas Prize Award Ceremony will be presented a little differently this year. We will be hosting a virtual ceremony on International Dylan Thomas Day, Thursday 14 th May, it will be available to view here from 7pm, to announce and celebrate this year’s winner. 2020 marks the fifteenth anniversary of the Prize as well as Swansea University’s centenary year.
